Please arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled time. This will allow you time to chat with friends, change into a smock or robe, choose your polish, and help us run efficiently. At Myra & Company, we believe to revive the mind one must release the cell phone. We kindly ask that all beepers and cell phones be turned off especially while in the nail and spa areas.
Mature children are welcome, however, because our spa treatments require a tranquil environment, we ask that an adult supervise children at all times. Infants and toddlers are not allowed in the spa area, which includes nails.
Salon guest will be asked to change into a salon gown, while spa guest may slip into a robe. Spray tan guest need to wear loose, dark clothing. Anyone having a hair up-do should wear a button down shirt! Pilates guest are to wear comfortable work out wear and will be removing their shoes.
ABOUT YOUR HEALTH:
In regard to exercise or treatment limitations – allow common sense to be your guide. Please consult with your physician before performing any fitness or health procedure, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from recent surgery or have hypertension. Pregnancy massage cannot be done until the first trimester is completed.

Twenty-four hours notice is needed for all packages and group cancellations and a minimum of four hours notice for single services. Failure to observe this policy may result in a 50% charge to your guarantee credit card. PARTIES We offer parties for children ages 8 – 108. Parties can include anything and everything off our menu, so please call and speak with Erica to schedule your next event!
We have on-site parking and nearby meters, which we will feed upon request. 59th Street is no longer an entrance. Please use the parking lot entrance on 73rd Street. ATM, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and cash are accepted. Gratuity may not be included on credit cards. Gift certificates must be presented at time of use. Gift certificates are guaranteed for purchased dollar value as service prices may change. We are able to give 25% of service total back on an ATM card. We do not accept checks or American Express.
Gratuity is always appreciated, yet discretionary and based upon the enjoyment of your spa, salon, or dining experience. You may choose to directly tip your staff or opt to use the gratuity envelopes located at the front desk. As stated earlier gratuity is a personal choice; however, industry norm is anywhere from 15- 20%. Our front desk staff welcomes any gratuity concerns.
