Pilates with Laure at Myra & Company

Pilates is a system of movement that focuses on moving from the inside out. There is an emphasis on the core, which consists of the shoulder girdle, abdominal, spine and pelvic musculature. In this technique of exercise, we strengthen and lengthen as we move, creating a strong yet supple body. At Myra and Company, we custom design a Pilates program appropriate for each client.
